Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia hosting CP is a normal tool only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is added free of cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered web site names under a single user account. This is accomplishable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other hosting Control Panel tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 autonomous web hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain registration/transfer/administration opportunities. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no CP choice.

Hosted Domains ² - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names in one hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel platforms do not provide such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and as a consequence they need 2 autonomous web hosting user accounts: one domain management/billing/support user account and one web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will see that the Hepsia hosting CP is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel tools are offered solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
